Over the past 20 years, she has built her professional expertise within extensive international structures and multicultural environments, holding strategic HR roles that bridge two essential perspectives: business and human capital development. She has worked across highly demanding industries, including an in-depth understanding of automotive DNA through years of experience, as well as the highly specialized TIC sector (Testing, Inspection & Certification). Her leadership journey has encompassed strategic roles at the local, regional, and executive (C-level) levels.
